This is the second choice for long trading. Shorting is available but in limited quintities. Let’s discuss this option. No minimum deposit. Commision free trades. No annual account fees. No transaction fees. In order to open their account you’ll need to have a bank account in your name. Fill out an online application, fill out the form w-8 ben form (for foreign traders), provide a copy of an official document with a photo (photo ID), passport (for foreign traders), as well as copies of utility bills (for foreign traders). After the submission of all the documents and activation of your account you can transfer money to your Fidelity account. Your money can be withdrawn from your account at any time to any bank account in your name anywhere in the world without any restrictions. They have a good online platform trader Pro, instant and accurate execution of orders. They have a poor number of shortable (hard to find) stocks available. Once in a while you can short with them but mainly it's a broker for long trading.

Here is our third choice for long and short trading. You can short with them but nothing comparing to IB. There is no minimum deposit. Commision free trades. No annual account fees. Technical market indicators, how to use them and where to find!

Every trader chooses the right technical market indicators for himself to improve his trading. We will share our thoughts on this matter but you decide for yourself what suits you best. Having our extended operational experience in this field we have seen people who have installed five, six monitors and tried to use a dozen different technical indicators to trade successfully. As a result these "miracle traders" often stayed flat on their investments and sometimes went into a negative zone. Also we know very successful traders who have used not more than two monitors and three or four technical indicators. On the web you will find a sufficient number of paid ads for those technical indicators. They take the monthly payment by promising to provide a valuable information on top of those indicators. Here is our pick of four technical indicators for you!

From our point of view this is quite sufficient for having a successful trading, though the choice is yours.

 

Our buying long technique.

 

Opening long positions and trading long requires an impeccable discipline and knowledge for any trader. In our case this type of trading does not happen to be a short-term intraday trading. It is rather something between a fundamental (medium-term trading) or it’s also called swing trading opening and closing from 1 day to several weeks and a fundamental (long-term trading) lasting from several weeks to several months. When you open a long position you have a choice either open it on the day when it was placed by us in our index chart or watch the stock and its direction for a few days. Try not to open a long position at the profile price. Using the 1-minute chart and technical indicators described above try to enter a long position at its minimum or close to its intraday minimum. In our index chart it is the lower price range. Keep in mind that the best loss is the one you did not make. If you are not sure of the entry point or the price of the stock drops greatly on that day do not open a long position and watch it until the next day ONLY if the stock price fell down on the day it was placed in the chart. You can always come back to it the next day or within a few days and open a long position at a lower price. After opening a long position immediately place a limit order to sell it at a price of 10%-15% at your discretion above the price it was bought at. If the stock price ran up sharply in a short period of time you can use our favorite stop order (trailing stop limit % or $) pre-selecting and specifying for your order the trailing% or trailing$. We strongly recommend this type of order because it not only allows you to protect your gains but it also makes it possible for the stop price to rise and move up if the stock is growing in price. Our technique includes a maximum risk minimization as much as possible. Therefore we strongly recommend you to limit a profit to 10%-15% and close a long position except for the case just described above. When you short penny stocks it is very difficult to use stop-loss orders since the volatility of these shares is very high on the intraday. Each trader should set his own stop loss limit to protect the investment!
