6. All our services are available only at a paid subscription. Each subscription is activated for a certain period of time. The subscription price depends on the activation time frame chosen. After the subscription activated and paid in full it’s non-refundable regardless of whether you use this subscription or not.

 

7. You can use our stock picks only for a personal use. You have no right to pass the obtained information to any persons or institutions. You have no right to publish our stock picks in the media. In case of any suspicion of the illegal transfer to others or publishing in the media Your account will be blocked and all subscriptions will be canceled.

 

8. You are solely responsible for paying all taxes and dues, reporting all gains and losses to your government and tax authorities.

 

9. You must use our Services and Software strictly according to our rules. In case of misusing or abusing of our rules or software Your account will be blocked and all subscriptions will be canceled.

 

10. You must not use your bank accounts, bank cards and payment systems accounts that you are not an owner of or don’t have the right to use on our website. If we suspect you in fraudulent activity with the use of stolen credit cards your account will be blocked and funds will be returned to the sender. In case of your fraud or your illegal activity we reserve the right to pass information to the corresponding agency or organization, other Internet services, banks, companies that issue credit cards, electronic payment systems and financial institutions.

 

11. You must not try to cancel the deposit that is already credited to your account balance. If we suspect you in fraudulent activity with cancellation of deposit your account will be blocked and the account funds will be zeroed. In case of your fraud or your illegal activity we reserve the right to pass information to the corresponding agency or organization, other Internet services, banks, companies that issue credit cards, electronic payment systems and financial institutions.

 

12. You must not use funds received from illegal activity. If we suspect you in money laundering activity your account will be blocked and the account funds will be zeroed.

 

13. In case of your fraud or your illegal activity we reserve the right to pass information to the corresponding agency or organization, other Internet services, banks, companies that issue credit cards, electronic payment systems and financial institutions.

 

14. Your personal information on our website is protected with a password. All accounts’ passwords on our website are stored encrypted, so nobody can use it. If you forget your password you may recover it to your email at any time.

 

15. To ensure security and full control over your account you must keep your password private and not disclose it to third parties. You are fully responsible for all actions made from your account with the use of your password.
